Marcus Bennett edits bizdaycalc. He has spent his career in operations, service-delivery and workflow roles, where SLA wording, business-day counting and turnaround tracking were part of everyday work.
His work has centred on the rules that cause the most confusion in real workflows: what counts as a business day, whether bank holidays are included, how “next business day” and “N business days from today” actually land, and how to track complaint and SLA deadlines without miscounting weekends.
